- Review initiation meeting to ascertain the context, background and scope. This meeting would also ascertain the relevant stakeholders
- Interviews with stakeholders to fact find and assess the current situation
- Detailed document review
- Site visit where applicable
- A draft report will be produced, which you will have the opportunity to input on before it is finalised
- The final report will be supplied in a format which will visually demonstrate the current state of compliance, together with a risk assessment and suggested remediations in each area. This will provide your board and any third parties confidence that you have an overview of your compliance ‘road map’ for progress.
